3. Appointment & Consultation Policy

Consultation Fee Policy

• Consultation fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be applicable if the appointment or consultation is cancelled directly by the SamDosh Ayurveda team due to unavoidable reasons.
• No refund request shall be entertained once the consultation has been completed.

Online Payment Validity

• Any online payment made for consultation services shall remain valid for a period of 30 days (1 month) from the date of payment.
• During this validity period, the patient may schedule and complete their consultation.

Consultation Rescheduling Policy

• Patients are allowed to reschedule their consultation appointment up to a maximum of 3 times.
• Additional rescheduling requests beyond this limit may not be accepted and may require fresh booking/payment.

4. Usage Restrictions

Users shall not use this website or any digital service for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to:
